Are these silkies?

I was told these two are white silkies but the other pics I see of 5 week old silkies are much fluffier than them. Their heads are fluffy but their body looks like normal feathers to me. I don’t mind either way, just curious!

They look like some sort of silkie mixes to me, but what they're mixed with I'm not sure.
