They are both spaldings. One male and one female. They both have very little "Green blood", but the female appears to possibly have a bit more of it than the male.. which looks practically no different than India Blue. My guess is he will mature out to looking same as a pure IB male, except crest may be not as full/fully fanned out and the barring on wings may be slightly different.
Even pure IB boys can and will have green on their necks when this young, to varying degrees. I would not use that as a identifying mark of a spalding. He does show spalding hint as his neck seems to show slightly the scaled look of higher percent spaldings.
IMO those both have less than 50% blood, as I've bred hybrids, pure green to pure Indian and all chicks looked far more "green" than either. The male maybe 25% at the most.. the female maybe 25% or a little bit more.
