Are these streamers??

I have one about the same age that looks just like this. Perfectly round crest with questionable streamers. I'm really hoping for a pullet but only time will tell.

Looks like it to me. Comb looks to be getting fairly wide/large as well. Likely have a cockerel there.

I couldn't see the comb for that long funky hair! I'm still not convinced those are streamers, steamers usually look more "dart" like and stick off the back of the head more on my birds.
But there ain't no dang tellin!

At 12 weeks its still quite young to say for sure one way or the other. But crest feathering this uneven this young generally points to cockerels. But like I said its still very early.

Silkies are very difficult to sex before 4-5 mos. of age and sometimes not till they crow or lay eggs. You will have to wait longer to be certain. Since you don't mind if it turns out to be a cockerel - the pressure is off and you can still enjoy this bird.
