Silkie chicks 13 wks

So for starters, I know that silkies are notoriously difficult...but let's make some educated guesses
Is the comb development at this age indicative of roo?
These are pet quality, mom does not have the round floof. I think the dad has more of a rose(??not walnut) comb.
13 weeks old. No visible hackle or saddle feathers, or streamers at this time.
The chick in the second pic has mostly pink skin, the first one has more typical silkie bluish skin.

It's easier to tell when they don't have dark pigment on the combs/wattles. I think these are both females.

Here's a screenshot from a video a few days ago...maybe some insight there.
Also adding again that thier mom has swoopy hair, kind of roo-ish. Also it seems like they are redder in the AM and less vibrant through the day?

They look like pullets to me!! I see no streamers. Their combs look flushed but not developed. I wasn't sure with just the head shots

I hope so. My first silkies and I love them, so sweet! The combs are not typical so it's hard for me to tell what gender they are leaning.
