13 week old splash Silkie. Pullet or Cockerel?

No waddles visible. The “mullet-ness” of the crest has been playing tricks on me because he/she had a lot of picked feathers from other birds in the open run at the breeder that I purchased this baby from. I’ve had him/her on Nutrena NatureWise Feather Fixer feed and the crest, hackles, and saddles seem to be growing back rapidly. So now I’ve been even more confused about the sex. Experienced breeder is also unsure. At what age do Silkie pullet crests normally begin to round out?

Currently have 5 Silkie pulletS, and 1 Satin Cockerel born March 2023, so definitely not as young as this new bird. Please help!! Any help would be much appreciated. TYIA

I'm new to silkies, I have some that are definitely cockerels that had comb development by 10 - 11 weeks. Your's I am unsure on. Nothing definitive to say cockerel, but it's still young.

The comb seems flat and small. I think pullet.
