Are these tape worms?

I just emptied out a cage that had been sitting around for a while and i found this at the bottom. It looks like tape worms to me but i’m not sure.

What are those black things? They have roots coming out of them.

Tape worms can’t survive very long outside of a chicken. I highly doubt they are worms of any kind.

Tapeworms are flat and segmented. Whatever they are look kind of flat, not sure. I dont see segments.
