The first is an Araucana, no doubt. The second looks to be an Araucana cross (the Australian/New Zealand type Araucana)

An EE is by definition a mutt with a blue laying parent somewhere in it's 'family tree'.

If your bird is from a mating of an Aussie style Araucana + random brown layer, doesn't it qualify as an EE?

I envy you for that. Silly hatcheries for perpetuating the myth that a cross automatically equals some kind of new breed. Good looking birds though! Can't wait to see eggs!

I have only heard of 1 hatchery over here, so I guess were quite lucky.

I don't know how old the last two chicks are but if they are silver laced wyandottes (that's what they look like to me anyway) I think they might be boys. I have two pullets that are 19 weeks old and they have combs about the same size as those two.
