Are these "True" ameraucanas?

I got each of these sold to me as ameraucanas, don't know if they would be considered "True", off-color, or EE. Any help would be great.

Cockeral - Still needs a name if anybody has a suggestion.

The green tinted legs = EEs for sure. If you take slate legs (Ameraucana) and mix them with a yellow legged breed, you get green legged EEs. They are gorgeous though! ESPECIALLY Sweetie Pie!!
