Are these two both Silkies than?

I go them a few days ago and I don't remember what they told me they were, so far you guys said the little yellow guy looks like a Silkie (he has 5 black toes), but what about the brown chick? Is he/she a Silkie? And are they too young to tell their sex?

Looks like two silkies to me. The bottom one looks like it only has 4 toes, so it'd be a lower quality... but still silkies are supper cute.

the top one is definitely a silkie but i don't see any leg feathers on the bottom one
