Are these two Easter Eggers?

My friend purchased these two pullets from tractor supply. They were labeled Easter eggers. I’m not so sure by looking at them. They are believed to be anywhere from 2-3 months

Only way to know for sure is to see if they lay a blue or green egg, easter eggers can look like anything, the only standard is they're mixed breeds with the blue egg gene

And I did have some easter eggers from tractor supply that looked similar a few years ago, both laid green eggs, however you could also have something else

Although EE’s can lay almost any color since their parents can be almost anything, they just have the possibility to lay blue or green eggs
 
I think there is a possibility they could be Hoover's Production Reds. That would be a single comb if they are, though, but the combs don't get very tall. The only thing is the legs on yours don't appear to be yellow. So, maybe not.

However, if they are, then, they will lay large brown eggs. Below is a picture off of Hoovers site. You don't get what you think you are getting at TSC most of the time.
