Are these two pullets purebred D'uccles?

I *think* they are, but I am quite unfamiliar with the breed. Their legs look green in the pics, but they are more gray. The one doesn't have a lot of foot feathering at all, and neither of them have vulture hocks.

Face shot on one of the girls:

Ignore the MF Cochin, although he's cute!

Ignore the horsey poop too!

If you ordered them from a hatchery, they are rarely "show quality", so you can expect that they will have lots of faults. But if you just want them for pets/laying, that's no problem. They are D'Uccles, just not show quality ones.

I didn't get them from a hatchery, but as eggs from a "breeder" who called them Mille Fluers. When I tried to explain that was just a color, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about! So I was taking a gamble either way. I'm just glad to know they are (mostly) pure.

Thanks!

Those are mixed breed, you can tell by the face too. Even pet quality d'uccles have at least some vulture hocks...so do you still have them?
