Are these two pullets purebred D'uccles?

I *think* they are, but I am quite unfamiliar with the breed. Their legs look green in the pics, but they are more gray. The one doesn't have a lot of foot feathering at all, and neither of them have vulture hocks.

Ignore the MF Cochin, although he's cute! [IMG]

If you ordered them from a hatchery, they are rarely "show quality", so you can expect that they will have lots of faults. But if you just want them for pets/laying, that's no problem. They are D'Uccles, just not show quality ones.

I didn't get them from a hatchery, but as eggs from a "breeder" who called them Mille Fluers. When I tried to explain that was just a color, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about! So I was taking a gamble either way. I'm just glad to know they are (mostly) pure. [IMG]

    Thanks!

Those are mixed breed, you can tell by the face too. Even pet quality d'uccles have at least some vulture hocks...so do you still have them?
