Are these worm casings?

Can anyone tell me if these are worm casings and if not, does anyone know what they are? One of our girls has had diarrhea for a few days and we just assumed it was because of the heat. We clean up their poop board every day and I just noticed these in their poop today. If it is worms. what do I use to treat her with and I guess they'll all need treatment?

Those are just feather casings. They’re over the poop board because chickens like to preen on the roost and when they preen they shed the feather casings from new feathers.

I agree those are from their feathers. I find them everywhere!
