Are these worms, or fly larvae?

I've noticed flies around the coop a lot lately (it's summer on a horse farm, go figure!) but last night I saw something wriggling in the poop in the coop so I waited to take a pic this morning. Is this just fly larvae or are these some kind of worm my chickens have? The vast majority of all my chicken poop looks normal and solid but there is one seemingly that has some loose stool although none of that seems to be full of anything wriggling but does have a little bit of redness.

Poop with the "larvae", poop with loose stool on top seemingly unrelated, loose stool found by itself with some redish section thing:

It looks like maggots. You might want to consider using PDZ and/or sand on the poop boards and removing it daily to help reduce the fly population.

The red portion looks like normal shed intestinal lining.

@Sue Gremlin, you want to take a look?

I do use pdz. The section you're seeing is where they hang over the side of the roost and poop on the shelf for the nest boxes which are next to and a bit lower than the roost.
