Granny's gone and done it again

Troyer, do you hunt for wild edible mushrooms? My brother in law in Ky does. I couldn't tell poisonous ones from edible ones
Had to cut out faces. Not sure they want to be..shared..but they go hunting for edible mushrooms.

You can also feed them dubia roaches too I think. They’re very nutritious. And greens/salads. I think with babies you feed more bugs than salad and then as adults it’s reversed but I’m sure she has researched all of this to a T. I just figured I’d point it out because it’s interesting to me lol

Depends on the particular species of Beardie - different types just like with chooks. But you are right in that most are big.
"Hatchlings: Between 4 – 5 inches in length. Adults: 10 inches from snout to vent, close to 2 feet in total length including tail. LIFE EXPECTANCY Up to 18 years"

You guys will need a biiiig cage someday.
We're aware! My sister had an iguana years ago ... yes, huge. Don't know if beardies get as big. Internet says 24". That's not too bad.
