The other one has it aswell, there wasn't a blood ring in the cracked egg just veins and a chick

When you cracked it open, was the heart beating? It's fairly obvious if it is. If it wasn't, it died before you cracked it open.

Don't know about guineas specifically, but I agree that the second photo looks like a blood ring in a chicken egg (so not going to develop any further, dead).
