Are theses eggs fertile

Yes, it was alive. I'd leave the rest alone.

There was only two in my incubator, and I was told it was a blood ring, and that I should be able to see a chick and veins

I think it was a blood ring, as the chick grew, but then died.

Leave the other egg alone. Next time put more eggs in the incubator,

The other one has it aswell, there wasn't a blood ring in the cracked egg just veins and a chick

Whew. That's sad. Was it alive?

I don't know anything about blood rings, I've never seen one. But, what you see now should be clearly visible when you're candling. Turn the egg every way you can to try to see that. If you look at your pics, neither of them show the chick and veins.

With chicken eggs, you see the veins and chick at 4 days. Maybe it was so large by the week you couldn't see it.

Why did you only have 2 eggs? Isn't it hard to regulate humidity with that few eggs?
