Are they both pullets?

My 2 JG chicks are 8 wks both suppose to be pullets but one has red on her comb is she just maturing quicker or is she pos a he ??

Armella is definitely a pullet, but given the size and redness of its comb at 8 weeks, Nookie looks like a cockerel to me.

If so then this will be the 3rd cockerel out of the 16 chicks I ordered that were all suppose to be pullets ugh!! But I love them all so I guess we will be making extra coops and runs if not everyone ends up getting along. So far they all do, my barred cockerel seams to be top bird
