Are they close to laying? PICS!!

Hey everyone I have 4 OEGB pullets that were hatched during the summer and was wondering when they would start laying? Are they close? Here are some pics...

If they hatched this summer like you stated I would not think they will lay until early spring ( March). They tend to take a bit longer before laying. I do not see any deep red in the combs that usually is evident prior to laying by about 2 to 4 weeks. That's just my take.
 
Is it because of the breed? I am very new to this. I got chicks mid July and 4 of the 6 have started laying this past week. The layers as best as we can tell are a BR, BO (first),GLW and a light Brahma. Still waiting on the Austrolorp and the EE. Just really curious. Thanks!
