Try picking them up. After 23 days if you pick them up you should feel moving or it should start to chirp. Moving the eggs stimulates hatching. Or they could just be dead.

A dip in temps can slow incubation and delay hatching.

Day 1 is the day AFTER you set the eggs in the incubator, so you might be on day 22.

If you maintained a temp between 98-103 throughout the entire incubation then picking them up for 20 even 30 minutes wont hurt them. They should be hatching any hour. I just hatched a bunch of easter eggers and on the 21st day i thought one egg was dead so i picked it up and i felt a shuffle like my hand jerked. Then i heard some faint chirping. Candling at this point would be useless. There is definitely something in there its just knowing if its alive or not. Picking them up wont hurt them either. If you think about it, when a chick hatches, it stumbles over all the eggs moving them around. This tells the other ones to wake up and get going. Good luck.
