At least one is a cockerel, probably both. Turn off red light for any photos, makes it hard to see details.

Give it another 2 weeks and post another update. Mix breeds can be a little challenging. I think in another 2 weeks it could be easier to distinguish much better. Right now one looks “rooish” and the other one looks like it can go either way. I wouldn’t rehome, until you are sure, since you’ve invested time and money into them.
