Are they really that moody!

Cleaned the coop and added new pine shavings. They were resistant to go in. I double checked for snakes, mice ect. Just a fresh coop. I haven't got a egg since! All 5 quit. It's been 3 weeks. Ugh.

Chickens do hate change, but their stop in production may be caused by molting or the shortening day length.
