Sorry if this is a stupid question.
I hatched 3 mixed chicks:
One 3 weeks old,
One 2 weeks old,
One 1 day old.
The 2 older ones looked greyish when they hatched and had huge feet from day one. Makes me think they're roosters.
The younger one hatched a more brownish-golden golden color and has small feet.
All 3 have the same parents - black silkie rooster and isabella bantam brahma hen.
The hen lays 2 different color eggs. With dark brown spots and with milky white spots. The 2 older ones hatched from dark brown spotted eggs and the younger one from light egg.
2 older chicks (suspected roos):
The younger chick (hopefully pullet):
I can show pictures of parents if needed.
Could the brownish one be a pullet?
