Are they starting to get crests?

I have 3 silkie chicks. 1 Buff, 1 Partridge, and 1 white Silkie. Yesterday I was holding them and they're starting to get little red feathers that stick straight up on their heads? Are they starting to get crests? They didn't have hardly any crest when they were really little. What do you think?
