These were hatched by a broody hen but i had to interfere unfortunately as she stepped on and killed two others. They wake up when they hear movement but immediately fall down. Is this normal or are they dying. They cant even keep their eyes open

Are they under a heat source? Disturbing then hen while the chicks are hatching can stress her out. Yesterday you were poking holes in all the eggs. Then, you were taking pictures of wet chicks when they should have been under the hen. As hard as it may be, you need to leave them and the hen alone when they are hatching. Interference only makes things worse.

As far as the chicks not moving much, that's normal, but they look really cold. They will die if they aren't under the hen or in a 95 degree brooder.

Yes i got them a heat source as soon as i separated the hen from them
