My favorite little chicken, Little girl, Is SOOOOO skinny! When ever she try's to eat out of the feeder, they peck her on her head, HARD.
She is at the bottom of the pecking order, I know that much.
Can they really starve her?

You should definitely set up multiple feeders, for this reason. Give her a chance to get away from them while they're eating at one, and get her own nibbles at the same time. Also try scattering their treats, if you give any, in a wide enough area that one chicken can't hog the whole batch. They're not trying to starve her, necessarily, but it sounds like she needs your help.

poor little gal, I have a chicken that I feel is quite a bit little then even her sister is, but I know she gets plenty with free range and treats and her normal food, but she is also the first one running to me when she sees me round the corner...lol, she knows what is coming

She'll continue to go down hill unless she can get some food.

I'd think about separating her in a predator free environment.
