Are those spurs?

I only have three chicks, hoping they were all pullets. I am starting to think this particular one is a roo! I see little bumps on his legs (spur buds?) and he has a bigger comb and waddle than his sister. Can anyone identify this as a roo?

I don't know if its a roo or not but I thought I'd let you know that my hens (over a year old so definitely hens) have bumps like that.
 
Well, on that bird, they will be spurs. Looks like a cockerel to me. Super thick legs.
Both sexes have the bumps. You won't see spurs on cockerels until they're over six months old and really closer to eight months usually.
 
Hmm, ya know I just traded a roo for the red one (which I am hoping is a pullet). The two white ones may be roosters. Thats my luck!
