Are all of these 10-week old little Munchkins roos? These are Black Giant chicks from Ideal. Obviously a couple barred rocks slipped into the mix, which is OK with me.

If these are all boys, I'm running a ratio of 18 boys: 12 girls for an order of 30...

The one on the right that looks like a girl in the picture below has little nubbins where the heel spurs will be.

As you can see they're crowded and I want to move all the hens out to the henhouse (except for two that aren't fully feathered yet).

Thanks!!!! I'll move the possible girl in the last pic into the henhouse....anything to relieve the crowding.

To explain, 10 "girls" aren't in the pic because they're in the henhouse already. I'll post a few pics of them in a bit.l

Here are the ones that I think are girls. They're at a watermelon party meant as a get-acquainted mixer with the other residents of the henhouse plus a few new Brabanters.

the barred one looks more dominiq than br. do they have single or rose combs? the one in the 4th pic looks like a rose comb.

they do all appear to be roos from the pics

I think it's a "mutt" situation as they came from a hatchery. I don't necessarily need to know exact breed especially with a roo whose middle name is Thanksgiving....(as in Dinner....)

Did you order straight-run or get lots of packing peanuts? And yes, your suspected males all look like males. It's certainly easier to tell when you have a group of the same breed.
