Are we Rouen?

Can someone tell me if these are Rouen or Mallards? They came from TSC. Thanks

I believe that two stripes around the eyes are rouen and one strip is mallard... but i might have that backwards

The problem is both mallard and rouen ducklings can have both eye stripes, its not a sure way of telling them apart. The only way is that rouen grow a lot bigger and faster too.

I thought i read on here a while back that you couls tell from the number of stripes on / around the eye?

Well if you do a quick google image search of the two breeds it shows pictures of the ducklings and both can have two stripes.

Do you happen to know how old they are supposed to be? Rouens get much bigger much quicker.

Rouens typically have 2 stripes. These look just like the rouens that I have in the brooder right now.

They are about 3 days old is what the lady told me, but she did not know what kind they were.
