    Is it a he or a she??

    Here's what the other 2 look like. All 3 are 16 weeks. No eggs yet but not expecting any for a few more weeks.

    She is, indeed, a she - she is just closer to her first egg than the others.

    Yes, they're all pullets.

    The eggs may not be as far away as you think. The one pullet in particular looks like she'll start laying some time in the next two weeks.
