Are Welsummers roosters docile?

My new 2018 Murray McMurray hatchery catalog says that Wellsummers have
"a docile temperament". Does anyone know if that's true?

Do you all know of any standard breeds that tend to have a docile rooster?

I need to order new chicks in the spring, and I want a rooster that is most likely, (((hopefully))), nice. ~:>

I don’t have a Wellsummer Rooster, but my Wellsummer hen is very docile and friendly. Our Rooster is a bantam Cochin, and although he gets a bit protective/possessive when I’m actually in the coop, he’s so small that his little jabs at my shins are harmless and no more than slightly annoying...
