Are welsummers usually noisy?

I"ve got some quiet ones and I've got some noisy ones. Most of them are quiet depending on what they are doing.

Thank you for all the replies! They are beautiful looking birds and yes the colour of the eggs is a bonus!
We live in a built up area and they were very noisy this morning. Mind you it was the first time they were out and i think it's nerves. the hen house was cleaned and we put them back in with water and food. one hasnt reappered, one has been in the run and the garden breifly. They are intimidated by our araucana's who are a third of their size and are not dominant at all! We will have to see how they settle. If they continue to sing we will have to find a new home for them or the neighbours will most certinly complain.
