Are White Tailed OEGB Buffs rare?

yes they are rare have them a pair and 150 chickens more rare breeds and weird breeds

Is white/blue tailed buff an aba accepted color in oegb's, i'm pretty good w/ all the oegb colors but i'v never encountered this one at any shows, there are a ridiculous amount of colors...
