My chicklets are almost 5 weeks old and I've got 2 Columbian Wyandottes that aren't near as feathered as the rest.
One of the two has really red skin around the base of some pin feathers, especially on her wings & neck. None of the other birds pick on her (she's actually near the top of the pecking order) and I don't ever see her picking at herself. They are both growing, eating & pooping normally.
My question is: Is this within the range of normal feathering?
