Really different this year. My favourite little coffee shop is hosting a pot luck for a few of us. The young couple have put all their savings into this neat little shop which opened 3 years ago and they're still hanging in there. It's fast becoming the best hang out in the desert and the community is gathering around to help cocoon them a little in these difficult economic times.
So tomorrow it is turkey, fixings and a few vegetarian dishes too, followed by board games - and, of course, the coffee will be awesome!!
