When I went to Big R in Falcon, CO and asked what kind of ducklings they had, I was told "yellow ones".

They are very pretty ducks.

On the left is mine at 7 weeks or so. The other duck is his little mutt girlfriend. He's even cuter now..and so is my scruffy mutt. I need to take more pics

Yeah...his big head looks like a rouen, but I'm still not real sure.

I know alot of states can not sell mallards as pets since they are protected wildlife.
