We had the plumbers visit yesterday and they were working in the feed room where my baby chicks are currently housed in a cage. One of them came out and asked me if we were raising chickens. Without thinking, I answered yes, we were. After they left, it occurred to me that I should have said they were baby velociraptors. I wonder what his reaction would have been? Duh!
