Are you suppose to eat the first eggs?!?!?!

My beautiful Barred rock ladies laid three wonderful eggs today. Their first. Am I able to eat them? I mean, I know if I crack them and they look terrible I shouldn't, but if they look alright is it safe?

3. Feast on your eggs in any way you desire (I personally suggest French toast, scrambled eggs with ketchup or Deviled eggs with extra paprika).

Absolutely I would and have.The first ones always seem to be the funnest ones to eat for some reason. Maybe because instead of you feeding them they are finally feeding you. Enjoy them
