I'll join you! We are vegans and most of our food is raw, so this shouldn't be too bad.

I would be joining you, but, I'm not. I need meat because I have very low iron.
If you wanna stay fit and healthy, eat right and...exercise!!!!!

This afternoon I made a raw pizzia.

I put rice cheese, garlic, tomato, for the crust I put all kinds of nuts in the food processor and a little bit of almond milk. (So there is no diary, wheat, or flour) I'm dehydrating it right now. (in the dehydrator) its still raw of course. Then to top it off, I put pineapple on top. Yummy!

Even if you can't do the full raw thing, lets just all try to eat better. Less processed, packaged, fast-food-ed

it tasted absolutely DISGUSTING! I've never had anything worse. I almost gagged. I think staying raw, I should simply stick to the raw recipe book, simple salads, & fruit and veggie smoothies.

I'm so glad for you to join DL and I. Here is a free online recipe book for tons of salads, delicious desserts ( I tried the chocolate mouse, w/ REAL CHOCOLATE! IT TASTED DELICIOUS! TOTALLY filled my sweet-tooth!) dressings, dips, tips, sprouting things, appetizers, its HUGE! So have fun!
