are your silkie eggs also **tiny**??

We've gotten about half a dozen eggs from our silkie pullet so far, she seems to lay one tiny egg every other day or so.

I thought they would get bigger with time... will they???

Eggs are barely over one inch in length, some days they are smaller than that!

We keep our silkies for comedy value, apparently... 3 roos and 2 pullets, one who is only 12 weeks old so FAR from laying!

How are YOUR silkie eggs?

Those look just like mine. We just use 2 for 1 when cooking.

My silkies's eggs got bigger as she laid more. But Bantam hen= Bantam egg.
