On a side note...DH and I were talking about our rooster last night. We were debating who should go out and put him the garage. I said he should because he's the one who wanted to keep the roo. He said, "I'm glad we kept him. Maybe we'll get some chicks from him." Wait....did he just say he wanted more chicks?

another convert! how about i toss a few ducklings in there too, he'll never know. you don't have a pool do you? i have babies due next week and every week after that until about the 14th of october.

think i need another ecoglow and more coops! the fireman already thinks he put his big old foot down on more coops.

Just got our new chicks. Two Rhode Island Reds and two Barred Rocks. Getting their permanent brooder ready now.

I should have gotten more silkies. I want more. I saw SS's at the fair and now want a dark chocolate and light chocolate silkie!!

I wish I could get some silkies. My pen that was supposed to be a Serama pen keeps being a grow out pen. *sigh*
