Arizona Chickens

I never have the luck to find any adoptable creatures in our yard, never mind a peacock! I wonder how a peacock can wander off and not be noticed. I'd hate for him to get hurt. I hope he stays. How wide do you think his "tailspan" is?

Poached eggs are my favorite. I just don't have any luck cooking them.

I hope to be able to get the timing on these cup's..

I feel the same way with hard boiled egg's, sometimes it work, then other times the white's get stuck to the shell.. Even with oil, ice & time??

I'm always ending up with stray or lost pets.  One time after I ended up with a cat that was obviously lost I asked my daughter "why do all the lost animals find ME?"  She replied "umm...because you say here kitty kitty?" lol

Your daughter is so funny,, that is so true..

I met a lot of great AZ BYC peeps today!
Thanks @Gallo del Cielo
for the vines.   They are mostly all distributed now, just a couple more to go.
I also was able to get a few globe mallow seeds from the seed box to plant in my tortoise enclosure!
@Sill
, my daughter wants quail now!  lol

Don't go to the zoo, she might want a monkey!!
It was such a lovely afternoon with other members.. Hope to have ya all over when it cools down...

No
You don't add butter? Are you traveling around or in one spot? Boy, one way of getting free egg's..

No butter, just water. I even season them after the oven not knowing what the salt would do to the cooking process.

We have only moved twice now. The plan is too early around but I have the wrong truck for pulling so I need to sell my off-roading truck and buy a truck for pulling. We are parked at a mans house in Cave Creek now. Thought I have to have surgery again but the surgeon thinks that I have A disorder and shouldn't have anymore surgeries. So now we're staying parked here til we see the next doctor.

Thanks for all the kind words. Miss everyone.

I wish I'd been able to hang out longer, but I was running late, but it is always great to say hi to everyone.

The passion fruit vine looked great, thanks Gallo! If you ever make it up to the valley, let me know and I'll make site you get a blackberry cutting.

After I got home today from our meeting I noticed my BR, Amy, laying in the grass. She showed all the signs of a scorpion sting. Unfortunately, the little BR that survived a Cooper's hawk did not survive the scorpion.
