Arizona Chickens

Will any of you be attending the Wild Horse Pass Motor Sports power boat racing finals on the first weekend in November? I'll be there! I don't race them, but I do watch them. We have an RV space near to the finish line, so it will be a good view of the races.

Well, it got busy here today with an early hatch. I have 5 chicks now out of the 11 eggs that made it to lock-down. 6 more eggs to go, and I am hoping that all 6 of the remaining eggs will hatch!

Edit: It looks like of the 5 that have hatched, I have 1 splash, 1 blue, and 3 blacks.

Now upon 3 of those 5 drying out well enough, 1 is Splash, and 2 are blues. The other last 2 that hatched last aren't dried off enough yet. The other 6 eggs haven't started hatching yet.
Are the last 6 eggs pipping, making any kind of noise yet? Then again, I've read where some folks had early hatches, while some went over that ideal "21-day" incubation period.

I hope the other 6 make it. --BB

Well, 2 of those remaining 6 hatched out now, so there is still 4 more to go. 7 out of the 11 eggs are now chicks!
