He is a hatchery surprise (they all are), so I can only guess. His legs are slate-ish color so I was thinking an easter egger, even though he has a single comb. His color pattern is almost similar to the silver laced wyandotte so maybe he's actually a spangled color breed. Could be anything that Ideal Poultry has!
I looked there and it doesn't seem that they list many of the breed's that they have there, so I guess that they might also have some mixed one's there too.

I just took a peak over there and it doesn't look like anyone yet has been able to help you to peg his breed exactly.
Not yet. Really looks like a fayoumi/iowa blue, but I'm not sure if it looked like one as a day old.
So, are you going to keep it if it is?
I'd love to but probably it'll crow too much. Once he gets a bit older whatever he is will hopefully be more clear and I'll try to ID him or find a home for him if I think he's something useful up here. People might be interested in high immunity, fast-maturing etc.
You can't have a rooster where you are at?
I might, but would need a backup plan. Last I checked most of the neighbors were OK with it but one got wide-eyed. I think the new neighbor might be OK too. It's only a quarter acre.
