@Stacaroni IDK what incubator model you got but definitely check out the incubation threads here on BYC- SO much great info and advice on specific models and incubation in general. Make sure you have a separate temp and humidity guage because in my limited experience the guage on incubators can be inaccurate.

If you have occasional power outages you might want a way to mitigate the impact to the incubation process.
 
That is a lot of comb for 4 weeks but it's still early. Similar thing happened with my OE. It popped up suddenly but never got any bigger. 🤷‍♀️
I thought the same thing. This baby is very bony too and when moving the chick around the house (ie: taking from the brooder to the kitchen) the head snakes everywhere like it has vertigo.

This one looks completely different then my other chicks the same age.

It's a Kebonnix one from off of Amazon, and hold's 12 egg's.
