One of my dark brahmas has been extremely um, grump lately. Can I type that here? Sorry if I can't, but she has! She has been biting me and screaming at me when I open the nest box lid and she gets all fluffed up. Today, she never came out. She's still in there, so I threw in some wooden eggs and she grabbed them right away while screaming at me. She's 10 months and the brahma that Bob saved for me back in the fall. What do i do????????????

so sorry about the loss of your dog
we all understand its hard to loose an animal
we have lost 3 dogs to parvo, and even thought
they were vaccinated we still lost them

DM, I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. We recently had to end the suffering of a very loving cat that we had for 17 years. It was a rough patch for us.
