Not to highjack this thread... but please do not mention LP's or turntables in my presence. You don't know what's going on up in this camp. A dozen turntables (Marantz, Hitachi, Sansui, Pioneer, Technics), Magnavox/GE/Motorola stereo consoles, Akai/Roberts/Pioneer/Teac/Sony reel-to-reel tape decks, 8-tracks, cassettes, 78's, about 3,000 LPs and 45's. I love the old school stuff...built solid and wore like iron for decades. It's all here.and I'm overdue for a 12-step program. --BB Bobby Basham Tucson, Arizona

Hi-jack, huh... No way love the amazing photos.. Just got back from one of my dearest friends.. She might have a rapecord player. It is only a record player.. She might not have room for it!!! = we might get it.. Ahhh, can't wait. She had plants on it.. I did not say anything.. Just praying for the day I can listen.. I have a A.M./F.M. On the back patio,front patio, bedroom... I don't remember a time when there is not music here... But a record player.. I am with you.even our son is wanting to go to there house and listen to music... Yeah, he found my records & was like "WHAT is THIS" can't wait .. Thanks for positing the photos...

I rocked a GT freestyle bike back in the 80's, as well as a Haro and a Redline. When I was in the Navy, I had a GT mountain bike. I've had some kind of GT every decade since the 80s. Cannondales too.
Now, to lose some weight and ride a lot more.

However now I feel I did one up you.. No really just joking.. It is the most beautiful
bike I have ever seen... I use it when I raced in 2009, state champ in my class..
We have not been riding.. It really bites.. Talk about it but now those cute things
that give us a egg a day take up my spare time.. Let us know when you are down
this way.. Let's talk bike,beer, music & chicken.. Now that is a awesome sentence!

I would like to respond to this thread and also to ask a question. There have been several human deaths in Tucson in the last year, from Africanized bee attacks. I also happen to be an emergency veterinarian and have twice (in the past year) had to treat dogs who were swarmed by hundreds of bees and would have died without intensive treatment.

Right now, several shrubs of Desert Broom are blooming near where I was planning to set up my new chicken coop. Has anyone had trouble with the bees when they were feeding on shrubbery like this?
