Definitely Easter Eggers! your so lucky you got bearded EE's.... My B-day present girly didn't have them when I got her, so she is just a hawk child XD Did you get them at OK feed by chance?

Woo-hoo! My velcro rooster collar works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chang the rooster is now safe (and much quieter). He's also molting. How long does it take for them to be finished and start growing feathers back?

go pick up 2" Velcro from somewhere, I used industrial strength Velcro that comes in 4" strips. Since it had glue on one side, I placed fabric on it. After that, I cut an arch in two places on the Velcro. I sewed the soft side to the other piece of velcro. Then I fit it until it was tight enough but not choking. The two arches were a last minute add on as I could not get the Velcro to sit low enough on the neck without it

Nah I got them from Superstition Feed here in Apache Junction.
