That's what i am thinking. His down is still coming out, so i don't think his feathers are that good of an indicator.. but the D'Uccles and the partridge silkie are just so mellow and calm and congregate nicely together. I know the D'Uccles are female, and the partridge acts similarly. The legs and feet are massive on the black silkie.
It was a little funny to watch him get aggravated tonight. I opened the top door for the D'Uccles to fly out.. and he was flapping his wings, stretching and jumping and trying unsuccessfully to follow them out.
