Arizona Chickens

@Hermits Garden Don't be expecting any puppies though. Buster is neutered.
Well so's Gypsy. And she's a cranky ol' lady of 5 or so (adopted, bad paperwork at the shelter), so even if Buster was a studly boy, she would likely tolerate no shenanigans. :P But they'd have a blast after she got over her "new dog nerves"--we take her to the dog park to keep her social skills from rusting shut. She had a very hard first three (?) years, but she's much better now.

What breed is Buster? Gypsy's half Great Pyrenees, a quarter Red Heeler, and a quarter "working breeds". She doesn't know whether to guard us or herd us. So she tries to herd the cats.

Buster is a 10 year old Rottie/Lab mix. He doesn't get to go to the dog park, but we have a friend that has a full breed Lab named Hunter, and take Buster over there to socialize with him. Hunter was the one that stirred up that hive of bee's during the guy's duck hunt last week. Buster was at home with me.

This morning I heard a weird noise coming from outside. It sounded like a chicken was strangling. Then Big Ben answered, and I realized that it was Gabriel trying to crow. The chicken music around here is on the increase! :D
Yes, the boy's do sound funny when they are first staring to learn how to crow. Gabriel is growing up.
