Fingers crossed for February being better. It's been a wild ride.

FWIW, Big Ben and Gabriel could pass for twins, they look so alike.
 
Well, Gabriel the non-angel is in a really large wire dog crate so I can take a picture of him, and if the man doesn't want him, he'll go on Craigslist. Rolex and Bulova went into the coop with Fancy and Starlet last night so I can keep an eye on things over the weekend. That leaves the chicken tractor empty, and I would prefer it that way, since the wind is at its strongest in the spring, and the wind turned it upside down once already.

That's good you have plans and contingencies for your cockerels. Sounds like all the work preparing the facilities is starting to pay off!

Well, I hope it works out. The new little flock of 4 is in the run, pecking and scratching together, nice and peaceful. Gabriel is on the porch, fussing and complaining.

The refrigerator repairman should be here any minute, and yesterday a piece of equipment fell down on my head at work. It bent my glasses, but the optometrist fixed them for me and now they fit better than they did before. :) Hope February gets here fast! :fl
